Kick off the Year of the Rat with Chinese music, dragons and New Year's fun. HopStops offer young children and their caregivers free performances that entertain and introduce dance, music, theater and storytelling. The Library Arts Center is excited to present an online, digital version of this light-hearted, creative contest using the iconic Easter Candies: PEEPS!
